基于Web的数控机床误差参数辨识系统

摘    要:误差参数辨识是误差补偿的前提。本文首先介绍了误差辨识的原理,然后采用B/S模式、3层体系结构和.NetRe-moting技术设计并实现了基于Web的误差参数辨识系统。通过实例运行,证明该系统的设计是可行的,从而为实现基于Web的误差补偿技术奠定基础。

Abstract:Error compensation technology is based on error mea-surement and evaluation. The paper introduces the principle oferror measurement and evaluation at first. Using B/S structure,3- Tier structure and .Net Remoting, the paper design the wholeframework of the web- based application of three- axis CNC errormeasurement and evaluation and realize it by c# language. Ex-periments show that the design is practical. The application pre-pares well ready for the web- based application of error compen-sation.
