摘    要:作者编制了二维温度场、热弹塑性、蠕变、热疲劳以及计算机绘图的有限元分析程序包.本文利用本程序包对S195内燃机燃烧室镶块低周热疲劳寿命进行了计算预测,分析了镶块常见的破坏原因,并对内燃机受热零件的热疲劳分析提出了一些有益的设计依据。

Abstract:Using 2-D finite element method,authors developed an analysis program package, including tem- perature field, thermal elastic-plastic, creep, thermal fatigue and computer drawing. The low cycle thermal fatigue life of combustion chamber insert in model S195 internal combustion engine is predict- ed using this package. The common damage causes of the insert are analyzed. Some valuable design cri- teria for thermal fatigue analysis of heated parts of internal combustion engine are obtained.
