国产引进型300MW机组顺序阀运行研究

针对部分机组单阀切顺序阀运行时引起的负荷波动、顺序阀运行后轴向位移发生异常变化问题，对国产引进型300MW机组的顺序阀运行方式进行探讨，对单阀切顺序阀引起的负荷波动、轴向位移变化原因及解决方法进行试验研究，并通过热力试验比较单阀、顺序阀运行时的经济性。

Study of sequential valve operation of homemade imported type 300 MW unit

On part homemade imported type300MW steam turbines,load fluctuation occurred during switching from single valve to sequential valve operation,and abnormal variation of axial displacement occurred after sequential valve was put into operation.In view of these problems,this paper studied the operation mode of sequential valve of homemade imported type300MWsteam turbine.The causes of load fluctuation and axial displacement variation during switching from single valve to sequential valve and the solving method were tested and studied,and the economics of single valve and sequential valve operation was compared through thermodynamic tests.
