摘    要:本文利用中试和生产性试验对受污染源水生物预处理的自然挂膜过程进行研究,讨论了挂膜过程污染物去除效果的变化、生物膜上细菌数量的增长、生物膜总的状况变化及动物组成的演化;分析了影响填料挂膜的各种因素,提出了判断生物膜成熟的依据、填料挂膜的适宜参数。

Abstract:The method of biofilm colonization on packing with pilot-scale and full-scale experiments to biopretreat polluted raw water was studied. It is showed that there are regular changes of the removal effects of major pollutants, the increment of bacteria number, the success of zoo kinds and population etc in the process of biotreatment pond upstarting and biofilm colonizing. Many factors can affect biofilm colonization rate; there are two ways to judge mature biofilm in the packing. At last, the suggestion of feasible operating parameters on biofilm colonizing are given.
