电池极板全自动检测分选系统

摘    要:采用机电一体化设计方法和国际先进的振弦传感测重技术,与电感测微技术,微机测量和通讯技术,气动技术相结合,国内首次研制成功电池极板全自动检测分选系统。本文介绍了该系统的原理、组成、软件及提高系统性能的措施。

Abstract:By the use of the design of electronic - mechanical products , advanced vibratory string sensor weighing inter-nationlly, inductive micrometry, measurement and communication technology based on microcomputer and pneumatics, the system for auto - measuring - classifying cell plates on line is established first in China. The paper presents its principle , structure , software and way to improve performance of the system.
