船用PA6柴油机缸压监测及其应用

摘    要:以船用PA6柴油机的运行状态监测分析为背景,采用虚拟仪器技术,利用柴油机的瞬时转速信号、上止点信号和气缸压力信号,设计了柴油机缸压监测分析仪,实现缸内状态的监测、波形显示与异常情况报警。通过压力信号测量以及示功图分析,得出柴油机燃油系统的部分性能参数,并据此分析柴油机燃油系统可能出现的故障。模块化的程序设计使得该分析仪具有使用维护方便、功能便于扩充等优点,适用于柴油机的在线监测。
