| 摘 要： | 在不确定需求的条件下,从制造商采购总成本出发,建立了一个供应商数量优化模型。该模型综合分析了影响制造商采购成本的3大部分,即原材料成本、交易成本、供应商发生风险导致的缺货损失,并详细分析了各部分对供应商数量的影响。通过算例,分析了制造商变动交易成本、供应商发生个体风险的概率、制造商由于供应商发生个体风险产生的单位缺货损失以及制造商采购需求变化标准差大小对选择供应商数量的影响,为制造商进行供应商数量选择提供了建议。

| Abstract: | Under demand uncertainty,for a manufacturer,the material cost,transaction cost,and stockout loss due to the risk of suppliers are analyzed.Based on the analysis and with the objective of minimizing total procurement cost,a quantitative model is developed to determine the number of suppliers.An example is used to show the application and effectiveness of the proposed method. |
