包钢高速线材精轧机组主电机振动测试及分析

包钢高速线材精轧机组主电机存在情况不明的较大机械振动，对安全生产构成威胁，通过计算机数据采集，实测了电机振动是域波形，采用快速信立叶变换方法计算了频谱，对产生振动的原因进行了分析，实际证明，分析结论对现场具有指导意义。

Main electromotor's vibration test and analysis of high speed wire rolling sets of Baotou lron and Steel Co.

There is an uncertain serious vibration in the main electromotor of high speed wire rolling sets of Baotou Iron and Steel Company,which threatens the safety production.With computer collected data,the time range wave of the main motor was tested,and the spectrum was calculated with fast Fourier transform,the reason for resulting in vibration was analyzed.Analyzed conclusion is proved a direction significance on the practice.
