20%二甲戊灵微囊悬浮剂的研制

摘    要:采用原位聚合法制备20%二甲戊灵微囊悬浮剂,并测定了该制剂的悬浮率、包封率等主要性能指标,以及热贮和冷贮前后微胶囊包封率、制剂有效成分含量、悬浮率、析水率等指标,结果表明所得产品性能稳定,耐贮性好。另外通过盆栽试验表明20%二甲戊灵微囊悬浮剂对稗草的控制效果与同浓度二甲戊灵乳油防效相当。

Abstract:Pendimethalin 20% CS was prepared by an in-situ polymerization reaction in aqueous medium. The quality specifications, including suspension rate and emcapsulation rate, were measured, and the results were up to standard. The changes of the emcapsulation rate, content and suspension rate were determined after hot and cold storage. The rates of dehydration were determined too. The results showed that the specifications of pendimethalin 20% CS had no significant changes. In additional, the control effect on barnyarydgrass with pendimethalin 20% CS by pot experiments was tested, and the result showed that the control effect of pendimethalin CS was equal to pendimethalin EC’s at the same concentration.
