摘    要:本文以直流四电极法、微差法以及差示扫描量热法( DSC)分别测量了Sn94Ag3Te3合金熔体的电导率σ、热电势S和热差AW随温度的变化行为.结果表明:在连续两轮的升降温过程中,合金熔体的电导率、热电势均在远高于液相线几百度的温区内发生了转变,且转变温度区间一致,而升温DSC曲线在高温区内,也出现了两个对应的吸热峰.由...

Abstract:In this paper,the electronic conductivity σ,thermoelectric power S and thermal difference ΔW of the liquid Sn94Ag3Te3 alloy as the function of temperature were simultaneously investigated.Some abnormal phenomena were observed on both σ-T and S-T curves within certain temperature range.And through differential thermal analysis,it is found that two thermal peaks exist on DSC curve in the same sample.These all indicate that the structure transition has occurred in liquid Sn94Ag3Te3 alloy.For this abnormal phenomenon,it was assumed that some chemical short-range orders breaking and rebuilding are caused in the melt.
