摘    要:采用粉末冶金工艺制备了6组不同Ni、Mo添加量的金属陶瓷材料.通过扫描电镜观察组织结构、断口形貌及裂纹扩展,用三点弯曲法测试抗弯强度,用洛氏硬度计测得试样硬度.试验结果表明,添加Mo后,TiC基金属陶瓷呈现出典型的芯壳结构,组织细化明显.当TiC含量为70%、Ni∶Mo=2 ∶ 1时,材料的抗弯强度、硬度与断裂韧性综合...

Abstract:TiC-based cermets with 6 different components of Mo and Ni content were manufactured by powder metallurgy.The microstructure and fracture morphology were investigated by SEM,and the mechanical properties such as transverse strength,fracture toughness and hardness were measured.The result shows that after addition of Mo,TiC-based cermets is a typical core-rim structure and the TiC grain is refined.When the contend of TiC is 70%,Ni∶Mo=2∶1,the properties of transverse strength,hardness and fracture toughness of the material are the best: 1362 MPa,92.4HRA,14.8 MPa·m1/2.
