移相控制ZVZCS DC/DC变换器主电路分析设计

摘    要:设计了一种用于焊接电源的全桥移相控制软开关型DC/DC变换器的主电路。通过仿真软件Pspice 9.2建立了主电路仿真模型,仿真分析了超前桥臂和滞后桥臂实现零电压、零电流开关的设计原理,并对其进行了验证。结果表明,该设计可大大减小开关损耗。此外,在设汁了元器件存在误差的前提下,进行了蒙托卡诺分析。最后,通过实验验证了该设计可使变换器实现全范围的软开关。

Abstract:This paper presents a design of the main circuit of the soft-switch DC/DC inverter based on full-bridge phase-shifted control for welding power supply.With the simulation software of Pspice 9.2,the paper completes a sim-u lation model of main circuit,analyzes the realization of ZVZCS in ahead bridge and lagging bridge and proves the sharp decrease of switching power loss.And the Monte Carlo Analysis is used to analyze the effects of some errors of component s occurring.At last,the test results show that the full range soft-switch can be realized by experiment and design.
