摘    要:开发了一套基于风电特性的食盐水电解试验系统。该系统使用PLC实现自动化控制,操作性能良好,电极更换容易,阴、阳极区电解液取样方便,可以准确计量产生的氢气、氯气量,也可用于研究电流波动条件下阴极、阳极、离子膜等的变化。可为非并网风电在离子膜法电解食盐水的大规模工业化应用提供指导。

Abstract:A set of electrolysis experiment system based on the characteristics of wind power has been developed. The system has realized automation control by PLC, and its operating performance is good, the electrodes can be replaced easily, the eletrolysis solution can be sampled in either cathode area or anodic area conveniently, the amount of hydrogen and chlorine evolution can be metered accurately, and the system can also be applied to study the changes of cathodes, anodes and ion-exchange membrane and etc. It can guide the large scale industry application of non-synchronization wind power in edible brine eletrolysis by ion-exchange membrane.
