数字滤波器在电缆偏心检测系统中的应用

摘    要:针对电涡流式电缆偏心检测系统中的数字滤波问题,利用Matlab对滤波前信号进行了分析,得到了滤波前信号的频谱,确定了数字滤波器技术指标,并依据数字滤波原理,设计了椭圆型IIR数字滤波器,进行了软件实现.结果表明,电缆偏心检测系统采用的数字滤波器技术指标为通带截至频率0.06(标准化频率),阻带截至频率0.12(标准化频率),通带最大衰减1dB,阻带最小衰减60dB,原信号中的干扰信号在检测系统中得到了滤除,所采用的IIR数字滤波器切实有效.

Abstract:To solve the problem of digital filtering in cable eccentricity measurement system based on eddy current method, the signal before filtering is analyzed and the spectrum of the signal is obtained and the desired performance of the filter is confirmed with Matlab in this paper. In addition, based on the principle of digital filter, an elliptic IIR digital filter is designed and realized in software method. According to the results, the desired performance of the filter is that the cutoff frequency of pass band is 0.06(normalized frequency), the cutoff frequency of stop band is 0.12, the maximum attenuation of pass band is 1dB, the minimum attenuation of stop band is 60dB. The disturbing signal is filtered in the measurement system and the filter is effective.
