充砂管袋软体排在长江崩岸治理中的应用

长江中下游河道崩岸治理多年来基本采用平顺抛石护岸工程。东梁山崩岸治理试验工程采用全新的水上带锚桩钢筋框架梁护坎和水下充砂管袋软体排设计及施工流程，形成相关技术和质量控制标准。经多年观测，工程效果良好，提高了护岸防护效果，保护了生态与环境，具有推广价值。

Soft mattress of sand-filled bags used for bank collapse treatment on the Yangtze River

Bank revetments with damped riprap have been used for many years for bank collapse treatment in the middle and lower streams of the Yangtze River. The experiment was made on treating Dongliangshan bank collapse with new design and construction method with bank revetment of anchor pull reinforcing steel frame- work above water and sand -filled bags under water thus resulting in the new technology and quality-control criteria. After years of observation, it shows that the structures have been operated well for the protection of river bank and eco-environment. It is of value to popularize this new technology.
