摘    要:变速运行的轴流压缩机为不调频叶片机组。以1台燃气轮机机组为例,采用动应力计算方法对轴流式压缩机各级叶片的动强度进行计算,了解其安全裕量,并通过材料的综合抗振强度分析对其事故叶片提出简单可行的处理办法,经长期运行表明:安全可靠。图2表2参

Abstract:Variable speed axial compressors have untuned blades. Taking a gas turbine set as an example, the dynamic strength of the axial compressor's blades are being calculated by way of computing their dynamic stresses. Hereby the blades' margin of safety is got, and, by taking into account the comprehensive vibration resisting strength of the material, a simple and feasible way of dealing with blade failure is being suggested. Many years of operation have proven this to be a safe and reliable way. Figs 2, tables 2 and refs 5.
