摘    要:提出了一种集成在无源超高频射频识别(UHF RFID)标签中的嵌入式温度传感器的设计方法。采用双振荡器结构,利用标准时钟对受温度影响的时钟形成的信号进行采样并计数,根据计数值与温度的线性关系获得温度的测量值。振荡器采用对称结构,消除了由于工艺影响造成的线性度的偏离。提出的温度传感器部分电路面积102.0μm×19.8μm,采用TSMC 0.18μm Mix-signal/RF CMOS工艺进行流片,测试结果显示,在工作电压1.0 V时,电路最大功耗为1.32μW,在?40℃~+55℃温度范围内,测量误差不超过2℃。

Abstract:A temperature sensor embedded in UHF RFID tag is proposed in this paper.The signal formed by the clock affected by the temperature is sampled by an standard clock.The temperature value can be obtained by the linear relationship between the temperature and the sampling-number.A double oscillator structure is adopted in this paper,which eliminates the influence of the linearity deviation caused by technics process.The circuit has been implemented by TSMC 0.18 μm Mix-signal/RFCMOS process with the temperature sensor circuit area about 102.0 μm×19.8 μm.Meas-uremental results show that the maximum power-consuming is 1.32 μW when working voltage is 1.0 V,and the error of measured temperature is less than 2℃ in the range of ?40℃~+55℃.
