摘    要:分布式发电微网系统,既可以与配电网联网运行,也可以与配电网断开孤岛运行,在运行模式切换的过程中,分布式电源的并网控制策略起着关键性的作用。基于传统的电压频率下垂特性理论,结合有功和无功功率解耦控制技术,提出了一种新型的分布式电源的控制策略。在微网系统联网运行模式下控制分布式电源输出指定的有功和无功功率,在孤岛运行模式下为微网系统提供电压和频率的支撑。结合相关算例,详细分析了分布式电源的动态特性。仿真结果验证:控制策略正确、有效,能保证系统的电压偏差约为+8%,频率偏差约为±0.25 Hz。为微网系统中分布式电源的应用提供了理论基础。
