基于LabVIEW的多通道疲劳裂纹实时监测系统

摘    要:为了实现对材料、零件和结构件中易萌生裂纹部位的实时监测,应用LabVIEW创建的虚拟仪器设计了一种多通道裂纹实时监测系统.利用恒压源产生的激励,实时采集多通道断裂片的电压信号,从而实现对多处易萌生裂纹部位的实时监测和预警.同时可利用该系统记录实时裂纹的长度,获得裂纹扩展的速度.该系统操作简单,具有很强的实用性,同时可对16个通道的裂纹进行监测、预警和记录.

Abstract:In order to monitor the area of materials,parts and structure parts,where the cracks were easily occurred in real-time,based on the virtual instrument that created by LabVIEW,a multi-channel and real-time crack supervision system was developed.With the excitation voltage driven by constant voltage source,multi-channel voltage signal was collected in real-time,so as to realize the real-time monitoring and early warning for the parts that the cracks were easily occurred.And the system can also record the real...
