| 摘 要： | 文中阐述热采注汽机基于PLC的自动控制系统设计原理和实现过程,给出控制系统的基本组成和控制功能实现过程,包括燃油供给等自动调节功能、安全连锁保护功能、人机交互界面设计、流量计高温补偿等工作,系统并可通过GPRS网络实现专家远程监控,解决生产中的盲目性和故障维护问题.经实践证明控制系统满足实际要求,运行安全可靠,实现了生产过程的自动化、智能化、分布式网络化.

| Abstract: | This paper proposed the automatic principles and implementation in thethermal steam injection machine based on PLC.The system structure and software functions were described in detail,including fuel supply,injection temperature automatic adjustment loops design,safety protection,HMI design,flowmeters'temperature compensation,etc.Through GPRS networks,remote experts can monitor and direct maintenance,that avoid the blindness.The control system meets the requirements and reliable in the practice.This system a... |
