摘    要:大型飞机的机载计算设备需要隔振系统进行振动保护,而空气弹簧是一种性能优良的隔振元件.文中设计一款带有双附加气室约束膜式空气弹簧,两个附加气室采用串联方式排列,主附气室之间通过节流孔相连.利用流体力学等相关理论建立该类型空气弹簧的振动微分方程,并对该方程进行求解,得到在不同频率激振作用下两个附加气室的压力变化规律、两节流孔半径变化对阻尼比的影响及空气弹簧的加速度传递率.结果表明,激振频率越高,附加气室B的压力变化幅度越小,其对隔振系统的贡献越小;空气弹簧具有周期非线性的特点;阻尼比的极大值首先与节流孔Ⅰ有关,在节流孔Ⅰ的半径足够大时才与节流孔Ⅱ有关;双附加气室空气弹簧较单附加气室空气弹簧具有更好的隔振效果.
