油水井负压返排工艺技术研究与应用

摘    要:油水井在生产过程中近井地带因蜡(胶)质、垢、无机颗粒等沉积造成地层堵塞,严重影响油水井的产液量和注水量。为了解除近井地带的堵塞,提高油水井的产液量和注水量,目前采油三厂所使用的解堵技术有:压裂、酸化、暂堵酸化、缝内转向压裂等工艺措施,取得了不同程度的效果,上述工艺措施有可能增加地层渗流面积,但对于剥落的机杂颗粒和二次沉淀物无法彻底排除,导致措施效果低,有效期短。为了有效地提高低渗油层的措施效果和延长措施有效期,2005年引进负压返排工艺技术主要针对注水井,2009年对油井实施负压返排技术解堵,应用效果较好。

Abstract:Due to dirt and inorganic particles deposition has caused congestion near the wellbore, it seriously impacts on oil wells in liquid production and water injection during the production process.In order to lift the blockage near wellbore to improve oil production wells and water injection fluid volume,the three plants currently used by the oil plug removal technologies:fracturing,acidizing,temporary blocking acidification,seam fracturing process measures in turn,made varying degrees of effectiveness,process measures are likely to increase the flow area of ground,but falling off the machine and the secondary particles mixed sediments can not be completely ruled out,leading to low effectiveness of measures, valid for short.In order to effectively improve the effectiveness of measures and low permeability reservoirs to extend the validity of measures,introduced in 2005 our factory backflow vacuum technology aimed at injection wells,in 2009 the implementation of negative pressure on the oil plug back technology solution,is an effective method.
