摘    要:采用粒子成像测速技术对 1∶2 0沉降罐试验模型内流场进行了测试分析 ,发现沉降罐内流场混乱 ,存在漩涡流和返混流 ,并有多处流动“死区” ,使油水分离效率降低。为此 ,拟定了 3个结构优化改造方案 ,并按改造方案 2设计制造出新型油水分离沉降罐 ,在胜利油田孤东采油厂 3号联合站进行了现场试验。结果表明 ,采用新型沉降罐能在高含水原油不加热条件下 ,将原油含水由 95 %降至 15 %~ 30 % ,实现了高含水原油先分水后热加工的工艺 ,且可以自动清砂

Abstract:By means of PIV technique, the internal flow field of a settling tank model is tested. And it is found that the field flow is in a clutter with eddy-currents and back mixing currents, and there exist several flow 'dead areas', and this results in a reduction of the oil-water separation efficiency. Therefore 3 kinds of schemes of structural optimization of the tank are put forward. A new settling tank is developed according to the No.2 scheme, and is tested in No.3 water injection station in Gudong Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield. The test result shows that the water content in the crude is reduced from 95% to 15%~30% without heating, and the sand can be removed automatically.
