基于多色集合理论的夹具概念设计研究

摘    要:采用多色集合理论建立了夹具概念设计模型。通过对夹具设计模型的装配关系及各元素基本作用的分析,得到夹具概念设计的元素关联图,并生成多色图。利用夹具概念设计多色图和多色集合的算法,找出满足约束奈件的所有路径和可能的设计方案。与其他方法相比,采用基于多色集合理论的夹具设计方法便于计算机表示、操作及计算机编程。

Abstract:According to polychromatic sets theory, the conceptual model of jig and fixture was es tablished. Element combination map of a jig and fixture conceptual design was built through analyzing assembly relation and reciprocity of each element, then a polychromatic map was established. In addition, all the paths and structure element groups, which fulfiled the restricted conditions, were gained by the algorithm of polychromatic sets theory. Compared with other design methods, the method with polychromatic sets is very convenient to program and describe by computer. At last, an example was completed to explain the theory.
