| Abstract: | A novel semiconductor laser system was developed for the purpose of studying the optical information storage of organic functional thin films. Its operating principle, its struture and its technical specifications were discussed. With this system, the metal-phthalocyanine thin solid films were found to possess optical information storage function. |
