剪叶处理对烟苗素质及烤烟生理特性的影响

摘    要:为研究剪叶处理对烟苗素质及移栽大田后生理特性的影响,以烤烟新品系华烟06 为供试材料,对不同剪叶次数下成苗期的农艺性状及移栽大田后的根系生长和生理代谢等相关指标进行了测定。结果表明,苗期增加剪叶次数显著抑制了烟株的生长,增大了地下部的鲜质量和干质量,降低了烟苗含水率。剪叶次数的增加对烤烟叶片中叶绿素含量的提高和NR 活性的促进效果明显,可溶性蛋白含量有一定增加但效果不显著。根系总吸收面积、活跃吸收面积及根体积都表现为剪叶3次的效果最好。

Abstract:To invesitgate the effects of clipping on seedling quality and physiocological characterstics after transplanting of flue-cured tobacco,Huayan 06 was used as the test material,the agronomic charactere and physiological metabolism indices after transplanting under different clipping times were measured.The result showed that more clipping times restrained significantly plant height,increased fresh and dry weight of biomass below ground level and reduced the water content of tobacco seedling,and increase chlorophyll content and activity of nitrate reductase significantly,soluble protein contents but not significantly.Total root absorbing area,root active absorbing area and volume of roots were the best with 3 clippings.
