摘    要:截至2017年底,长庆气田投产水平井1326口,低于临界携液流量的气井占比37.7%,积液问题凸显。针对长庆低渗透气田水平井存在井斜角过大、井下工具投放困难的技术难题,开展了水平井柱塞气举技术研究。根据长庆低渗透气田水平井管柱结构特点,提出了“自缓冲柱塞与井下单流装置接力式举液”的技术思路,实现了柱塞举升与气井依靠自身能量举升的有机结合,并研发设计了适用于大斜度井段的单流装置、自缓冲柱塞。截至2017年底,在33口井进行了现场应用,平均日增气0.93×104 m3、日增液0.86 m3,应用效果良好。该研究为长庆低渗透气田水平井排水采气提供了一种行之有效的技术手段。

Application of horizontal well plunger gas-lift drainage technology in Changqing Gasfield

Abstract:By the end of 2017, 1326 horizontal wells had been put into production in Changqing Gasfield. 37.7% of them are lower than the critical liquid carrying fiow rate, presenting the prominent problem of liquid loading. In the horizontal wells of Changqing low-permeability Gasfield, the hole deviation angle is too high and downhole tools cannot be released easily. In this paper, the horizontal well plunger gas-lift technology was researched to deal with these technical difficulties. According to the structural characteristics of horizontal well strings in Changqing low-permeability Gasfield, the technical idea of relay liquid lifting by using self-buffered plunger and downhole non-return device was proposed to combine the plunger lifting with the gas well's own lifting capacitу organicallу. Besides, non-return device and self-buffered plunger suitable for high angle hole section was developed. Bу the end of 2017, theу had been practicallу applied at 33 wells and the application results are good with gas increment of 0.93×104 m3/d and liquid increment 0.86 m3/d.The research results provide an effective technologу for the drainage gas recoverу of horizontal wells in Changqing low-permeabilitу Gasfield.
