摘    要:针对超稠油蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)开发存在的蒸汽腔发育不均衡、水平段动用程度低的问题,开展了复合吞吐改善SAGD开发效果研究。高温高压三维SAGD物理模拟结合数值模拟论证了复合吞吐的可行性,阐述了高温分散剂、氮气和蒸汽复合蒸汽吞吐机理,优化了注采参数。研究表明:高温分散剂具有一定的混溶作用和分散作用,可提高SAGD注采井间热连通程度,高温分散剂+氮气+蒸汽复合吞吐可有效改善SAGD蒸汽腔发育程度,提高SAGD开发效果,19口措施井组现场实施后平均单井原油增产4.6 t/d。

Study of composite huff and puff technology improving SAGD performance in extra-heavy oil oilfield

Abstract:Considering the unbalanced team chamber and low productive degree in extra-heavy oil filed development by steam assisted gravity drainage(SAGD),the technology of composite huff and puff improving SAGD performance was studied.The feasibility of composite huff and puff was demonstrated by high temperature and high pressure physical simulation experiment and the numerical simulation of SAGD.The mechanism of compound steam huff and puff of high temperature dispersant,nitrogen and steam was expounded.The results indicate the high temperature dispersant has a miscible effect and dispersion effect,which can improve the SAGD connectivity between wells of the thermal recovery.High temperature dispersant+nitrogen+steam stimulation can effectively improve the SAGD steam chamber development degree,improve the development effect of SAGD.The amount of nitrogen injection should be matched with the volume of the steam chamber,and the nitrogen should be injected into the steam injection well before the steam injection.This technology was implemented in 19 wells,and the average incensement oil production of single well is 4.6 t/d,the practice shows that the technology meets the requirements to further improve the development effect of SAGD.
