摘    要:我国核桃资源丰富,核桃加工后会产生大量的副产物。对核桃加工副产物的营养成分提取及精深加工研究进行综述,旨在为进一步开发核桃精深加工系列产品与有效利用核桃副产物资源提供理论依据与技术指导。

Comprehensive utilization and intensive processing of walnut processing by products
Abstract:China abounds with walnut,and a large amounts of by products are produced during walnut processing. The extraction of nutritional components from walnut processing by-products and deep processing were reviewed in order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the further development of deep processing of series products and effective utilization of walnut processing by-products.
