淀粉胶体系调剖性能的影响因素

摘    要:渤海油田开采已超过20年,储层非均质性严重,加大单井注采强度,会进一步加剧其非均质性。为解决储层非均质性问题,特选定渤海SZ36-1储层性质和流体为模拟对象,通过室内实验确定淀粉胶体系范围,再对不同浓度组成的调剖体系进行室内岩心驱替实验,以注入压力、含水率、采收率增幅等性能为评价对象,优化了调剖体系的配方为4%改性淀粉+4%丙烯酰胺+0.036%交联剂+0.012%引发剂+0.002%无水硫酸钠。该调剖体系能较好降低储层非均质性,在水驱基础上提高采收率22.1%,提高采收率效果显著。

Factors influencing the profile control performance of starch gel

Abstract:Bohai Oilfield has been developed for over 20 years and its reservoir heterogeneity is serious.And if the single-well injection/production intensity is increased, the heterogeneity will get worse further.The reservoirs and fluids in SZ36-1 Oilfield of Bohai Sea were selected especially as the simulation objects so as to solve the problem of reservoir heterogeneity.The range of starch gel system was determined by means of lab experiment.Then, laboratory core displacement experiment was carried out on the profile control system whose concentration was different.Finally, the profile control system was optimized with injection pressure, water cut and recovery factor increase as the evaluation factors.And the optimized formula is 4% modified starch+4% acrylamide +0.036% crosslinker+0.012% initiator +0.002% anhydrous sodium sulfate.By virtue of this profile control system, reservoir heterogeneity is alleviated and the recovery factor is enhanced significantly, 22.1% higher than the water flooding result.
