煤/油加氢共炼产品中沥青质结构与性质分析

摘    要:以一种褐煤和马瑞常压渣油(MRAR)为原料,在高压釜内进行煤/油加氢共炼反应,从产品中分离出了正庚烷沥青质(C_7-Asp),通过元素分析、XRD、FT-IR、XPS等手段对该沥青质的结构和官能团性质进行了表征。结果表明:该沥青质的H/C原子比较低,富含稠环芳烃;杂原子中O含量较高,杂原子官能团间存在一定的氢键缔合作用。与原料油中的正庚烷沥青质相比,该沥青质烷基链较短,芳香片层间距降低,并以C—C、C—H结构为主。杂原子官能团中,O主要以羰基形式存在,S主要以噻吩形式存在,N主要以吡啶和吡咯的形式存在,该沥青质表面更趋于碱性。

ANALYSIS OF STRUCTURES AND PROPERTIES OF ASPHALTENE ISOLATED FROM COAL/OIL CO-PROCESSED PRODUCT
Abstract:A mixture of lignite and Merey atmospheric residue (MRAR) was co-processed under hydrogen in an autoclave. The n-heptane asphaltene (C7-Asp) was isolated from the product. Its structure and functional groups were investigated by element analysis, XRD, FT-IR and XPS. Results showed the H/C of C7-Asp was lower and rich in polymers of aromatic compounds. The content of O was the highest in heteroatoms, and there are certain hydrogen bonds between functional groups. Compared with the asphaltene isolated from MRAR, the C7-Asp has a shorter side chain and smaller aromatic slice spacing. The main functional groups of C7-Asp are C-C, C-H. O, S and N exist mainly in the form of carbonyl, thiophene, pyridine and pyrrole, respectively. The C7-Asp surface tends to be more alkaline.
