水电厂自动控制功能与电网运行协调优化关键策略

摘    要:基于水电厂自动控制功能与电网运行动态协调控制方法,提出了水电厂自动发电控制上、下振动区的具体算法和自动电压控制的双目标控制这2项关键策略,使水电厂自动控制功能可以配合调度指令,采用动态振动区的方式避免机组频繁跨越振动区,同时也接受动态的电压和无功功率约束双目标指令,从而达到与电网运行协调一致,最大限度地保证电网运行和电厂设备的安全。最后,以洪家渡水电厂自动控制功能的应用为实例,验证了所提出策略的有效性。

Abstract:Based on the dynamic coordinated control method between electric grid operation and automatic control function in hydropower plants,two pivotal strategies are presented,such as the concrete algorithm of front/back vibration zone in automatic generation control,double-object control logic for harmonizing voltage and reactive power in automatic voltage control.These strategies can make automatic control of hydropower plant coordinate with dispatch instruction and prevent hydropower units from spanning vibration zone frequently.In the meantime they can also harmonize electric grid requirements and equipment safety by receiving both voltage and reactive power control object.Finally,the application of automatic control of Hongjiadu hydropower plant is presented as an example,and the results prove the strategies are feasible.
