摘    要:介绍了在三峡—葛洲坝梯级水利枢纽实现水电联合调度及远程控制闸门的功能设计和实现方法。结合水调自动化系统及梯调计算机监控系统的特点,优化了传统闸门控制的流程及方式,形成了水电联合调度及闸门控制的新模式,是大型水利枢纽实现闸门远程调度和控制的一次尝试。

Abstract:The functional design and implementation of sluice gate remote control with united dispatching of water and electric power for Three Gorges-Gezhouba cascade Hydro-junction are introduced.Considering technical features of water dispatching system and cascaded computerized supervisory and control system,traditional sluice gate remote control flow chart and mode are optimized.A new mode for united water and electric power dispatching and sluice gate control is achieved innovatively,which is an effective attempt to realize sluice gate remote dispatching and control for large hydro-junction.
