摘    要:以硅酸钠为原料,在助剂的作用下,采用乳液共沉淀法先制备出纳米SiO2乳液,再与天然胶乳共混共凝制备纳米SiO2/NR复合材料。研究了反应温度对纳米SiO2生成量和水浸泡时间对复合材料性能的影响,并采用透射电镜分析了制备的纳米Si02粒径以及采用扫描电镜研究了不同浸泡时间条件下纳米SiO2/NR复合材料的拉伸断面,结果表明,采用乳液共沉淀法制备纳米SiO2乳液及其SiO2/NR复合材料具有优异的性能。

Abstract:Taking NaSiO3 as raw material, the nano-SiO2 latex was synthesized by the latex coprecipitation method, using some materials as assistants. And then, the nano-SiO2 was mixed with the natural latex to prepare the nano - SiO2 composites. The effects of the reaction temperature on the yield of nano - SiO2 and the marinating time on the properties of composites were investigated . The particle size of nano -SiO2 and the tensile fracture morphologies of nano-SiO2/NR composites prepared under different marinating time were observed by TEM and SEM respectively. The results showed that the nano - SiO2/NR composites synthesized by the latex coprecipitation method exhibited excellent capabilities.
