内嵌式弧形永磁体单相自起动永磁同步电机设计

摘    要:根据Maxwell 2D有限元软件分别对内嵌式矩形永磁同步电机、内嵌式弧形永磁同步电机进行有限元分析,并对这两款单相自起动永磁同步电机动态性能进行对比。最后得出结论:弧形永磁体单相永磁同步电动机的齿槽转矩显著减小和输出平均转矩提高,电机性能得到明显的改善。

Abstract:In this paper, the rectangular and arc-shaped embedded permanent magnet synchronous motors ( PMSM ) are respectively analyzed by finite element analysis software of Maxwell2D. The dynamic performances of the two single-phase self-starting PMSM are compared and it can be known that the cogging torque of single-phase PMSM with arc-shaped permanent magnet was reduced significantly and the average output torque of it was improved, so the performance of motor can be significantly improved.
