激光功率对激光-电弧复合横焊焊缝成形的影响

摘    要:以10CrNiMoV钢为对象,借助焊缝成形参数评价激光-电弧复合横焊焊缝的成形特征,研究了激光功率对激光-电弧复合横焊焊缝成形的影响规律。结果表明,激光能显著增强焊接电弧稳定性;随着激光功率的增加,熔池液态金属的下淌程度呈现先降低、后激增的变化趋势。

Effect of laser power on the weld formation of laser-arc hybrid horizontal welding
Abstract:This paper evaluated the appearance characteristics of the laser-arc hybrid horizontal welding on 10CrNiMoV steel by the welding appearance parameters. The influence of laser power on welding formation of laser-arc hybrid horizontal welding was studied. The results show that the stability of the arc was enhanced obviously by the influence of laser. With the increment of laser power,the dripping tendency of molten metal was decreased in earlier stage and then increased significantly.
