碾米机排糠装置的研究近况

摘    要:碾米机是稻谷加工的主要设备。近年来技术人员及生产厂商针对现有碾米机排糠达不到理想效果,不断对碾米机排糠装置进行研究与改进创新。采取增加吸风装置、辅助出糠孔和补风口以及碾白室结构的调整、上部吸风等措施,来改善碾米机排糠效果。介绍了目前国内碾米机比较先进的排糠装置,分析了各类型碾米机排糠装置的结构特点及其适用范围。

Abstract:Rice mill is the main equipment of rice processing.In recent years,for the bran discharge effect are not satisfying,the technical person and manufacturers continue to carry out improvement and innovation on the research of bran discharge device.It have taken various measures,such as increasing air-absorbing de-vice,auxiliary bran outlet hole,wind complementing opening and improving the whitening chamber as well as upper portion air absorbing,to improve the effect of bran discharge.This paper introduces some more advanced bran discharge device for rice mill,It also analyzes some structural characteristic of various bran discharge de-vice as well as its application scope.
