| 摘 要： | 介绍了某型重油柴油发电机组在试验和使用过程中发现的功率开不足、缸内积碳及冒黑烟问题的分析及改进方案。改进后,该型柴油机功率开不足、烟度及燃烧效果得到了较好的改善,达到了预期的效果。

| Abstract: | Problems of insufficient power, carbon deposit and black smoke happened during the test and use of a heavy fuel engine for generator set. Analysis and improvement was made to address the problems. After the improvement of the fuel and intake systems, the engine power was increased, and the issues of smoke and carbon deposit much improved, achieving the desired results of the improvement. |
