摘    要:叙述了采煤机截割部专用三相异步电动机高效率、高功率密度国产化替代产品的研发。采用传统感应电动机电磁计算程序,结合ANSOFT 2D有限元的数值分析方法进行计算。并对绕组绝缘结构进行耐水工艺研究,试制出的高功率密度电动机,装入德国产的DEW64采煤机中,取代原Moriri11电机。经实际运行验证,达到了国外同类电机水平。

Abstract:Development of the specialized high-efficiency 3-phase induction motor used in the shearer that possessed the extra high density of power and intended to replace the imported motor from abroad were described. Combined with the ANSOFT 2D finite element analysis method, the traditional induction motors' electromagnetic calculation was applied, and then, study on the water-proof techniques to the winding construction was done. The pro- totype motor of extra high power density was assembled into the DEW64 Shearer by German to replace the imported motor from Moririll Motor. Practical operation proved that it reached the same level of the motor from abroad.
