摘    要:以布连电厂660 MW超超临界机组锅炉燃烧系统为研究对象,结合锅炉燃用煤质易结焦特性及锅炉结构特点,分析炉膛热负荷分布规律、烟温偏差、锅炉热效率、NOx排放等特性。通过分析表明,660 MW超超临界机组锅炉容积热负荷为75.7 kW/m3,炉膛出口烟温偏差平均为19.6℃,偏差系数1.03,锅炉热效率达到94.93%,NOx排放质量浓度261 mg/m3,指标远优于同容量、同燃烧方式的亚临界机组锅炉,充分显示了超超临界机组锅炉燃煤发电技术的优势。

Abstract:Analysis of furnace heat load distribution law, flue gas temperature deviation, boiler thermal efficiency, NO~ emission was carried, combined with the typical coal coking, with Bulian ultra-supercritical boiler combustion system as the research object. Research showed that the indicator was far better than that of the same capacity with subcritical boiler, which represented the development trend of advanced coal-fired power generation technology.
