半桥三电平变换器的移相控制

摘    要:针对4000V高压直流电压输入的变换器,提出了一种半桥三电平电路拓扑,并分析其工作原理和状态,采用移相控制方法实现了开关管的ZVS,并根据输入电压和输出电压的要求,设计出了电路的参数,利用相关仿真进行了验证。该变换器的工作原理在一个2kW的原理样机上得到了验证。

Abstract:In view of 4000V high-voltage DC input voltage converter,a half-bridge three-level circuit topology is proposed, and its working principle and status are analyzed. The phase shift control method is adopted to accomplish the ZVS switching tube, the parameters of the circuit are designed according to the requirements of the input and output voltage. The simulations is also performed. Finally the working principle of this converter is verified on a 2kW prototype.
