2500t环轨式起重机有限元参数化建模与分析

摘    要:为了解决2500t环轨式起重机多工况建模分析的耗时问题,采用APDL语言进行二次开发,建立了环轨式起重机参数化有限元模型.可依据工况参数完成不同臂架长度和倾角、不同幅度及不同变幅系统的起重机有限元模型的建立与非线性分析.采用数组技术、耦合技术及预应力法实现变幅系统仿真,运用仅受压杆单元模拟主臂防后倾装置.最后以2500t环轨式起重机的两种典型工况为例验证参数化建模分析方法的有效性,为大型臂架类起重机的参数化建模及非线性分析提供参考.

Abstract:In order to resolve the time-consuming problem for modeling and analysis on the 2500 t ringrail cranes under multiple working conditions,a secondary development is initially conducted using APDL language.Afterwards,the finite element parametric model is established.According to the working condition parameters,the finite element modeling and nonlinear analysis are subsequently obtained in terms of different boom lengths,inclination angles,amplitudes and luffing systems.By employing the array technology,coupling technology and pre-stressing method,the luffing system is consequently simulated using the compressive bar unit for boom anti-retrodisplacement device.Eventually,two typical working conditions of 2500 t ring-rail cranes are applied as examples to validate the effectiveness of parametric modeling and analysis methods.Therefore,this approach paves a venue for parametric modeling and nonlinear analysis on large-scale boom cranes.
