| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了三座钢厂钢水精炼装置和工艺技术水平；重点叙述了RH－KTB、WPB多功能真粉精炼技术的开发应用，钢水精炼过程深脱碳、深脱硫、脱氮、脱氢、脱氧和夹杂的控制，钙处理等技术的开发应用；以及这些技术在高牌号冷轧硅钢、超低碳IF钢、高性能管线钢和优质硬线钢等钢种的应用效果。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the equipment and technology for molten steel secondary refining in three steelmaking plants of WISCO, especially describing the development and application of RH-KTB, WPB multifunctional vacuum refining technology, deep decarbonization, denitrification, desulphurization, dehydrogenization, deoxidization and control on non-metallic inclusions in the process of secondary refining, as well as development and application of calcium treatment technology, all of which are applied to the production of high brand cold rolled silicon steel, ultra-low carbon IF steel, high-property pipeline steel and quality hard wire rod steel, etc. |
