塑料用环氧改性聚氨酯涂料的研制

摘    要:通过实验制备一种用于塑料的聚氨酯涂料。以附着力为主要标准,确定了环氧改性聚氨酯涂料的最佳工艺条件。最后进行了红外光谱、热重分析和其他综合性能等测试。实验结果表明:最佳工艺条件为环氧树脂加入量8%(质量分数,下同),DOP加入量5%,反应时间35min,反应温度70℃;研制的环氧改性聚氨酯涂料对于塑料具有较高的力学强度,良好的附着力,较低的吸水率和较好的热稳定性。

Abstract:A.polyurethane coating was preparated for plstic through the experiment.For the main standard with adhesion,the optimum processing condition was obtained to fabricate the epoxy modified polyurethane coating.The infrared spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis and other comprehensive performance was tested.The result showed that when the best technological conditions was epoxy resin at 8 wt%,DOP at 5 wt%,reaction time at 35 min and temperature at 70℃;the final epoxy modified polyurethane coating for plastic had high mechanical strength,good adhesion,low bibulous rate and good thermal stability
