摘    要:锅炉蒸汽压力是表征锅炉运行状态的重要参数。针对燃料–汽压系统,提出一种新颖的动态面控制方法,控制系统中只采用了锅炉蒸汽压力信号。将拟合得到的燃料-汽压对象的数学模型转化为状态方程;采用锅炉蒸汽压力信号构造状态观测器对状态进行估计;利用动态面控制方法设计控制器,由于引入一阶低通滤波器,动态面控制克服了传统反演方法的"微分爆炸"现象;通过Lyapunov稳定性分析方法证明闭环系统的信号半全局一致有界,并且跟踪误差可以通过调节控制参数达到任意小。仿真结果表明锅炉蒸汽压力能够较快跟踪给定信号,证明了该控制方法的有效性。

Abstract:The boiler steam pressure is an important parameter reflecting the state of boiler operation.A novel dynamic surface control(DSC) method was proposed for fuel-steam pressure system and only the boiler steam pressure was used in the control system.The mathematical model of the fuel-steam pressure building through test data fitting was transferred into state equations.The observer was designed to estimate the unknown states by using only pressure signal.Dynamic surface controller was designed and the problem of "explosion of complexity" inherent existing in traditional backstepping approach was overcome by the addition of low pass filters.From Lyapunov stability analysis,it is shown that all signals of the closed-loop system are semi-globally uniformly bounded and the tracking error may be kept arbitrarily small by adjusting control parameters.Simulation results show that boiler steam pressure signal can track the desired signal rapidly,which validates the effectiveness of the control system.
