摘    要:分析水溶液全循环法尿素装置能耗高的原因,介绍改进型溶液法的特点,推荐了几种可提高水溶液全循环法尿素竞争力的技术,改进合成塔塔板结构,采用新钝化防腐技术,改进低压循环分解工序,尿素洗涤回收与解吸液水解气提技术。

Abstract:This article analyses the cause of high energy consumption of urea plant with aqueous solution total recycle process and the feature of modified aqueous solution process.It recommends some measures which can enhance the competitive ability of urea plant with aqueous solution process,ie.improve the tray structure of reactor;use new type passivation technique;modify low pressure recycle decomposition section,urea scrubbing,recovering and hydrolisis stripping technique.
