摘 要: | 采用硬脂酸(SA)为改性剂对MoS2粉体进行表面改性研究。改性后的MoS2粉体在非极性溶剂中的分散性提高,悬浮液离心分离后上层清液的浊度从215提高到356,活化指数从0.42提高到0.88,吸油量从68降为20,透水时间明显延长。结果表明,改性后的MoS2粉体亲油性提高;探讨了改性机理,并采用FT-IR及XRD进行了结构表征,结果表明:粉体粒子表面成功地被双层SA包覆。

Abstract: | MoS2 Powder were modified by stearic acid.The modified powder's dispersity increased in nonpolar solvent,its suspending liquid's turbidity increase from 215 to 356 NTU,activation data improved from 0.42 to 0.88,oil absorption reduced from 68 to 20,and the penetration time obviously extended.The result showed that the lipophilicity of modified MoS2 improved.Also,characterize its structure by FT-IR and XRD,it was found that the MoS2 particles' surface were covered by bilayer of SA. |
