低温热改质煤对煤油水三元料浆流变特性的影响

摘    要:对几种不同变质程度的煤采用低温热改质,使煤表面的性质发生变化,从而影响煤油水三元料浆的流变性。对料浆流变性的研究表明,成浆煤的低温热处理可以改变煤浆的流变性。料浆的屈服假塑性与煤表面活性含氧官能团和矿物质的含量有关,煤表面较高的亲水性有利于料浆屈服假塑性的改善。

Abstract:Some different metamorphic grade coals surface character was changed through the hypothermia thermal transnature in order to influnce the rheidity of coal-oil-water ternary material.The research of the rheidity of material indicates that low temperature thermal treatment of slurried coal can alter the rheidity of slurry.The yield pseudoplasticity of slime was related to the content of oxygen containing functional group and mineral substance on the coal surface.Higher hydrophilicity of coal surface was advantage to the improvement of the yield pseudoplasticity of slime.
