摘    要:采用浸入式膜处理滦河水,考察了膜系统的操作条件对膜污染的影响。结果表明:适当降低膜通量对膜处理系统的稳定运行起关键作用,试验条件下,膜通量为53.3L/(m2.h)、过滤周期为30min较适宜。提高曝气强度和水反冲洗强度可有效提高反冲洗效果,改善膜污染。浸入式膜对原水水质有较强的适应能力,可适当减少反冲洗排放次数,试验条件下,采用四轮一排较为可行。相比三氯化铁,聚合铝更适合作为PVDF膜的混凝预处理药剂。

Abstract:The immersed membrane was used to treat Luan River water, and the influence of oper-ating conditions of the membrane system on membrane fouling was investigated. The results show that properly reducing the permeate flux has an obvious effect on the stable operation of the membrane system.The optimal permeate flux is 53.3 L/(m~2·h) and the optimal filtration cycle is 30 min under the experi- mental conditions. Enhancing the aeration strength and water backwash strength can improve membrane fouling. The immersed membrane has very good adaptability to the change of raw water quality, so the backwash discharge times can be properly decreased. Under the experimental conditions, discharge once per four cycles is feasible. Compared to ferric chloride, polymeric aluminum is more suitable as the coag-ulation pretreatment chemicals for PVDF membrane.
