| 摘 要： | 加强党的先进性建设是一项系统工程，全面落实科学的发展观，用科学的发展观统领各项工作的全局，是保持先进性的基本要求。文章概述了深刻领会科学发展观的指导意义，阐述了坚持用科学发展观统领湖南高等教育的改革与发展及在高等教育改革发展的实践中认真落实科学的发展观的问题。

| Abstract: | to enhance the Party's advanced nature is a systems engineering and to implement the scientific development viewpoint in an all-round way and to use it to lead all the work are the basic demands for keeping the advanced nature. This paper summarizes the instructive meaning of grasping the scientific development viewpoint deeply and expounds that we should use this viewpoint to lead the reform and development of the higher education in Hu'nan and implement the viewpoint in the practice of the reform and development. |
